What to include when you request a bid

A good request gets you an accurate bid faster. You don’t need a full spec package to get started, but the more we know about the building, the fewer surprises later.

Property managers, general contractors, condo and HOA boards and building owners all use this form. If you’re bidding a project as a GC, send the drawings and specifications and we’ll price to them.
