Terms for using cgwaterproofing.com and our text messaging program.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cgwaterproofing.com (the “Site”) and any text messaging program offered by CG Waterproofing LLC (“CG Waterproofing,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
The Site provides information about our commercial caulking, waterproofing, coating, restoration, cleaning and consulting services and lets you request a bid. In return, you agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us.
Information on the Site is general and is not an offer or a contract. Instead, a separate written bid, proposal or agreement governs any work we perform. That document sets out the scope, pricing, schedule and warranty terms.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on our bid form or texting us), you agree to receive text messages from CG Waterproofing about your inquiry, bid, scheduling and project updates. However, consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project.
Message and data rates may apply. For details about your plan, check with your mobile carrier.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program.
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Site’s content, including text, photos and logos, belongs to CG Waterproofing or its licensors, so no one may copy or use it without permission.
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, CG Waterproofing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Georgia law governs these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. As a result, changes take effect when we post them on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
