Façade & Masonry Restoration

Concrete Restoration & Sealing

Clean it, repair it, then seal it — so concrete surfaces look better and last longer between maintenance cycles.

Why it matters

Concrete is tough. Water still wins without protection.

Exposed concrete picks up staining and buildup, and water working into the surface leads to cracking and deterioration over time.

Our approach is maintenance-minded: clean the surface, repair what’s damaged, then seal it to keep water out. The building looks better now, and the next maintenance cycle comes later.

Concrete is porous. A sealer reduces how much water and staining gets into the surface, which helps prevent deterioration and keeps it looking clean longer.

It depends on the sealer, the exposure and the traffic. A simple sign: when water stops beading on the surface, the sealer is wearing out.

Many cracks and surface defects can be repaired before sealing. Structural concerns should be evaluated by an engineer — we’ll tell you if we see something that needs one.
