Precast & GFRC Restoration

Cleaning, repair and protective sealing for precast concrete and GFRC panels and architectural elements on commercial mid-rises and high-rises.

Why it matters

Precast and GFRC need maintenance too.

Precast concrete and GFRC — glass fiber reinforced concrete, a thin, lightweight concrete reinforced with glass fibers — are used for panels, cornices and architectural details on newer buildings. They’re durable, but the joints between panels and the surfaces themselves need upkeep.

We clean, repair and seal precast and GFRC so panels stay protected and the building keeps its finished look. It’s work for spec-minded buyers: architects, general contractors and managers of newer mid- and high-rises.
